I spent three months as a resident of Gulu, a village in Northern Uganda working with Krochet Kids International.

My day would start with a walk down red dirt paths through the villages, greeting the women and children of the compound, learning a few local words and new crochet stitches, and capturing moments of daily life and portraiture for the NGO back in Costa Mesa, CA.
